World premiere: The manufacturer OXIGIN has good news regarding a new rim. At the start of the Essen Motor Show 2019, the company unveiled the Magnesium Forged rim "OXMAG1". Magnesium alloy rims have been used in motorsport for a long time and are a guarantee for fast lap times, but on the road this is not so natural. The advantages over conventional rims are overwhelming. After all, they combine low dead weights and the associated reduction in unsprung and rotating masses. This ensures increased driving dynamics with a high level of resilience at the same time.

And the specialists from OXIGIN Leichtmetallräder will be showing at EMS 2019 that they know how to use magnesium as a material, also with regard to public road traffic. The OXMAG1 was created by the OXIGIN technicians especially with a view to a perfect balance between low dead weight and heavy wheel load and is manufactured in a weight-optimized manner. At the market launch, the wheel will initially be available in sizes from 9 × 20 to 11,5 × 20 inches. The OXMAG1 is since the 29.11. Exhibited as a world premiere until December 08.12.19th, 6 at booth 19A6 in hall XNUMX and at the same time the first magnesium wheel from the Swabian rim manufacturer and the new OXFORGED product range!
