Have you ever heard of the Toyota Crown (S210)? In our climes definitely an absolute exotic, there is the elegant sedan already in the 14. Generation. The current series is called S210 and has been produced since 2012. What the Germans their Mercedes E-Class, the 5er-BMW or the Audi A6 is that is the Japanese for decades, the Toyota Crown. In our opinion, the current Crown would also do well in Europe and especially if it is equipped with a ROJAM body kit as here. From the Japanese tuner we already have the Toyota Harrier presented in March and now we're bringing the second vehicle to tuningblog.eu. If you leave it at the standard radiator grille, you could also imagine the refined Crown on European roads. But the design of the grille, which is supposed to be reminiscent of the shape of a crown, seems somehow out of place and too present. In the end, of course, it's a matter of taste.
The body kit also includes a complete front bumper including front spoiler, side skirts including attachments with gills for the fenders, a spoiler lip on the boot lid, a discreet roof spoiler and a diffuser-look attachment for the rear bumper. The rear diffuser also includes a sports exhaust system with 4-pipe optics and an approx. 20-inch wheel set was installed. At the moment, however, we do not have any information about the exhaust system and the aluminum rims. We hope that we can deliver these later. All in all, definitely not an inconspicuous vehicle but quite tolerable by Japanese standards. If we get a few more information about important changes, there is of course an update for this post. The details of the changes to the Toyota Crown:
- ROJAM Bodykit (complete front bumper including large radiator grille, side skirts with gills for the fenders, roof spoiler, spoiler lip on the boot lid, rear bumper including integrated diffuser)
- Lowering (sports springs, coil springs, sports suspension, coilover suspension, with standard air suspension possibly by adjusting the electronics - more information is not available)
- 4 x wind deflectors on the windows
- darkened / tinted windows
- possibly a performance increase - (chip tuning, tuning box, compressor or turbo conversion, NOS etc. - more information is not available)
- possibly a sports exhaust system (more information is not available)
