At the Geneva Motor Show, all the key data, and of course the look, of the 2017 Audi RS5 Coupé were presented to the global public and the response was, as expected, high. Discreetly widened wheel arches (+15 mm), the already well-known and eye-catching single-frame grill frame (even made of carbon on request), at least 19 inch alloy wheels and the highlight in the form of the newly developed 2,9-liter V6 engine under the bonnet . With powerful 450 PS & 600 NM torque (without chip tuning etc.) the Ingolstadt Coupe is able to accelerate to 4 km / h in less than 3,9 seconds (100) and it is only cordoned off at 250 km / h, if you want, you can have the whole thing raised to 280 km / h for an extra charge. The optimal conditions to offer the competition from Munich & Stuttgart an adequate competitive model that, at least visually, is already our top priority. And of course we are interested in what can be done in terms of tuning. The base was a bright red painted RS5 which we painted black (or rather dark gray) and beyond a significant lowering. Of course, nothing would be complete without a set of new alloy wheels, so we chose Vossen Wheels Alu's in an estimated 20-21 inch. For this we have the radiator grille completely wrapped in black and the Audi rings are now dark. More was not done and in our opinion more is not needed at all.
We have made the following virtual changes:
- Repainting in black
- new Vossen Wheels alloy wheels in about 21 inches
- Grille + Audi emblem in black
Now our question to you, what do you think of that? Would you like the RS5 as modified by us on the computer or would that be "too much" and yet a number too blatant? In any case, I would be happy to see the car in this way or at least something like it on our streets and could imagine that it is quite an eye-catcher. 🙂 Ps.
