At the same time as the brachyal BRABUS G V12 900 "ONE OF TEN" the tuner from Bottrop has presented another program for the current Mercedes G-Class (W463A). In contrast to the “ONE OF TEN”, the so-called “BRABUS ADVENTURE” variant is intended for real use off piste. The off-road package for the G-Class also celebrated its world premiere yesterday at the IAA 2019 and should be suitable for "all" models of the current G-Class. The exhibition vehicle and photo vehicle from Frankfurt is a G350d that is equipped with a 3,0-liter in-line six-cylinder. As is well known, Brabus has for Motorizations have a performance increase ready and so the company helps the 286 PS & 600 Nm turbo diesel (OM 656 D 29 R SCR) to achieve a leap in performance to 330 PS & 660 NM using an in-house tuning box. The sprint to 100 km / h is reduced from 7,4 seconds to just 7,2 seconds and the top speed increases by 3 km / h to 202.
20 inch rims with 285 / 55 off-road tires
The highlight, however, are in any case the optical changes. The G-Class gets a suspension height of 40 millimeters (BRABUS ADVENTURE suspension) and a set of black 20 inch alloy wheels on large 285 / 55 R20 off-road tires.
