After tuner Hennessey performance the wrong one Jeep Trackhawk, the Dodge Demon and also the Corvette ZR1 Presented with the HPE1200 performance kit, another example is now being added. The Dodge Challenger Hellcat Red Eye with 1.200 PS will soon be available to buy. The 808 PS / 958 NM strong Hellcat Red Eye ranks just below the 852 PS Demon and is, so to speak, the facelift of the previously 2019 PS strong Challenger SRT Hellcat for the 707 model year. It is also somehow "the civilian version" of the drag race monster Challenger Demon, For Tuner Hennessey, of course, it was an easy, and logical, conclusion to adapt the Red Eye's 6,2-liter supercharged eight-cylinder to the HPE1200 kit. By the way, there will also be an HPE1000 version with key data like the Cadillac CTS-V or the Dodge Charger Hellcat.

With regard to the HPE1000 kit, the changes are almost identical to the conversion kit for the HPE1000 Demon. There is a 4,5 liter compressor, a new belt pulley, a modified throttle valve, new fuel injectors with a higher flow rate and a recalibration of the control units including chip tuning. The result is just over 1.000 PS and almost 1.300 NM torque. On the rear wheels, that's crazy 880 PS & 1.100 NM. The HPE1200 kit is of course even bigger. Nothing more is known about this at the moment.

will even a HPE1500 kit come?

In addition to the 1.000 PS version, there is definitely an NHRA roll cage, an optional brake parachute, a modified cylinder head and even better cooling. Hennessey even says that up to 1.500 hp will be possible and will come with it again the HPE1500 kit into the conversation of which we have not heard anything since the beginning of last year. We are curious! If we receive new information, there is of course an update for this report. You will be informed if yours is just ours Feed subscribe to.
