Actually one would like to think that the 385 PS & 420 NM in a Porsche Cayman GT4 (type 981) with an empty weight of only 1450 kg should be enough to have a lot of driving pleasure. After all, it goes to 4,4 km / h in just 100 seconds and the propulsion is only stopped at 295 km / h. In addition, the six-cylinder boxer mid-engine with direct gasoline injection DFI has no turbocharger or compressor charging, so that shouldn't really be possible in terms of an increase in performance, right? Definitive! The team of distant tuners Auto Repair Bangkok presented this to us a few minutes ago on their website and we would of course like to share the impressive result.
The tuner conjures up strong 440 PS & 469 NM torque from the naturally aspirated engine, which in our opinion is an announcement. The team achieves the increase in performance by means of Mcchip-DKR Stage 3 modification that includes Mcpipes Long Tube Headers in combination with a 200 cell sports catalytic converter. There was also an IPD plenum with a GT3 throttle valve and a BMC sports air filter. Enough modifications to increase the performance by 55 PS & 49 NM and thus almost reach the low 100 seconds mark when sprinting to 4 km / h. If we get more details about the changes, there is of course an update for this story. You will be informed about the update when you get ours Feed subscribe to. Have fun watching the pictures and stay true to us!
