Vorsteiner V-RE Bodykit & ADV.1 Wheels on the BMW i8 from Prodrive

It was a good two weeks ago that the Thai tuner Prodrive showed us what a new set of alloy wheels can do on the sporty BMW i8. An ADV05 M.V2 Competition Spec Series wheelset in lush 21 × 9 inches at the front and 21 × 10.5 inches at the rear with a surface in dark gray was installed. The wheel set was perfectly integrated into the wheel arch by means of H&R sport springs and thus looked particularly harmonious. But apparently they weren't quite satisfied and so the i8 came back to Prodrive and this time a complete body kit should be installed. The decision was made for the Vorsteiner V-RE aerodynamic package made of carbon, which was specially developed for the i8 by the American tuner. The body kit includes a front splitter, a rear diffuser, new side skirts and a subtle spoiler lip for the tailgate. As already mentioned, all components are made of high-quality carbon and underline the standard aprons at the front and rear only very subtly. The combination of body kit, lowering and new alloy wheels is still extremely successful on this i8 and this subtle tuning is simply better received than extremely bulky attachments and spoilers. If we get more information about the modifications to the BMW i8, there is of course, as always, an update for this report. The best thing is to subscribe to our feed and if there is something new you will be informed immediately. We hope you enjoy looking at the pictures.
