It's been almost two years since Elon Musk presented his fully electrically powered Tesla Model X to the public. The Model X is all-wheel drive and fits into the SUV category of the upper class such as BMW X6 or Mercedes GLE etc., only with a fully electric drive and space for up to 7 people. The highlight of the X is of course the performance. Tesla offers the Model X in different versions with multiple battery capacities. Each version is driven by two electric motors, one on each axis being responsible for the drive. In particular, the P2016D variant presented in August 100 is in a completely different world with the optional "Ludicrous" mode and acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h in 3,1 seconds. Although it is an SUV, the Model X is considered to be one of the fastest-accelerating production vehicles in the world, despite a total weight of well over 2 tons.
And of course the interior ex works is in a class of its own. The second and third row of seats can be reached, for example, via spacey wing doors called “Falcon Wings” and, of course, only the best of the best can be installed on request. Like the Model S, the Model X also comes with a 17 ″ touchscreen and, as the first Tesla model, even comes in a vegan version on request. In other words, animal materials such as leather are not available. Tesla is pulling out all the stops when it comes to sustainability. The current model from the company is not quite as “ecologically clean” T Sportline, It has received a spectacular Bentley equipment that makes the entire interior in the black / red color shine. The dashboard, the center console, the door panels, and also the armrests are red and offset with signature diamond stitching. The noble perforated seats are completely wrapped in Bentley leather and a noble carbon steering wheel was installed, of course, also covered with Bentley leather.
And new decorative strips have also been installed. There were carbon inserts for the dashboard, the door cards and the center console as well as the aforementioned steering wheel. And something has happened outside too, albeit much more subtle. A set of 22 inch MX115 forged wheels in matching black was installed here and it ensures that the new wheel set sits perfectly in the wheel arch by means of subtle lowering. In addition, the brake calipers were painted red and thus they even match the new interior. There is not much more to say about the T Sportline Model X so we leave it with the pictures.
