It is the Swedish alternative to the Audi A4, the BMW 3er or the Mercedes C-Class. The Volvo V60! A visually very successful mid-range station wagon that fits seamlessly into the current Volvo design and is difficult to distinguish from the large V90 at first glance. It also comes with the striking daytime running lights in the so-called "Thor's hammer design"And is based on Volvo's current SPA platform (Scalable product architecture) which is also used in the XC60 and XC90 SUV. At the rear, there are raised, vertical tail lights and this is rounded off by an extremely elegant lines of the body. Only the high-leggedness as well as the boring factory wheels are a shortcoming in our eyes.

2 x WatercooledIND forged wheels

Apparently Robin Lindhav also felt that (Owner of this vehicle) like that and was about to change that. Most extensive detail is in any case the now installed Airride-Luftfahrwerk, that completely replaces the standard chassis of the V60. It allows an extreme lowering at the touch of a button and at the same time, the elegant Swede can be raised in a matter of seconds back to a mobile level. And then there are the two sets of wheels. In both cases they are three-piece forged wheels from the shelf of WatercooledIND, and especially the variant MD1 with the colored outer beds fits perfectly to the setup of the V60 as we find. The second version is the concave JB1 which, apart from the red screw connection, convinces with a simpler design.

In both cases, however, the Airride air suspension ensures that the body is lowered down to the rim flange on request, thus producing the typical Airride style. And also on the body something has happened. The V60 received a small spoiler lip in the front and in the back there are on some pictures a sporty diffuser in combination with round tailpipes right and left to see. The pictures show the V60 in different stages of the conversion which also explains that partly a black grille and darkened window frames can be seen. In addition, the discs are completely darkened what the evil appearance underlines. If we get more information on the V60 with Airride from Robin Lindhav in a timely manner, there is of course an update for this report. You will be informed if yours is just ours Feed subscribed. Have fun looking at the pictures and stay true to us! (Photo/s & owner: Robin Lindhav)
