You can't do much more with the Nissan GT-R than the DC Covering team did. They grabbed a GT-R and gave it an extreme Liberty Walk widebody kit that alone makes for a completely different appearance. as if that were not enough, an extremely extreme foiling and of course a new set of alloy wheels on the Japanese coupé had to be added. But let's start with the widebody kit. The LB components primarily consist of the extremely widened fender attachments with exposed screw connections, a no less huge front splitter, a beefy rear diffuser and an extremely huge and fixed GT4-style rear spoiler. As usual with Liberty Walk, you don't even bother to cover up the fact that the components were subsequently attached and so the type of attachment is clearly visible on each new aerodynamic part.
The optical highlight is definitely the colorful, spacey foiling all around which, with its shrill colors and graphics, is the absolute eye-catcher on the GT-R and as far as we know from Pub N 'Pose was applied and from Nathan Haetty (France) is designed. Since the mega beefy HRE Performance Wheels S104 rims look almost discreet and inconspicuous and although already at the front 285er slippers are raised. We unfortunately do not know the dimensions on the rear axle, but we assume that at least one 335er format will fill the wheel well.
And of course the wheelset only fits so precisely in the wheel arch because the GT-R has been lowered significantly and even if we are philosophizing something out of the crystal ball, you can be sure that an increase in performance has taken place. In our opinion, an absolutely impressive vehicle and for the people who like the shrill & eye-catching it should be a good tuning template for a replica. If we get more information about the modifications to the GT-R, there is of course, as always, an update for this report.
