In June we have the first virtual pictures from the team around 1016 Industries presented on the subject of McLaren. The Miami-based company is already known for its Lamborghini accessories and is now expanding its repertoire to include the McLaren 540 C, 570 S and 570 GT. The presentation vehicle was an 570 S Coupe with the optional aerodynamic parts, as well as an increase in performance. The all-carbon body kit comes with a three-piece front spoiler that wraps the factory's large air intakes in full carbon and has side flaps.
In addition, there is a four-part side sill set in the rear area also brings large sideflaps and of course also made in Sichtcarbon. And a new front hood made of carbon is installed, but since the appearance is identical to that of the standard component, a real difference is not visible. The most eye-catching component is the rear wing, inspired by the P1 GTR, which can be individually adjusted in inclination and can also be adjusted in height. All components are also available for the 540 C and the 570 GT and the same applies to the performance increase.
By means of in-house chip tuning (intelligent engine control module), the company, depending on the vehicle type, gets more from the V50 BiTurbo between 60-98 PS and 108-8 NM, which should be reflected in improved acceleration values. The highlight of the increase in performance is the fact that you can configure it by means of a mobile app and, if desired, completely disable it. However, the new acceleration values have not yet been announced at 1016 Industries.
The company also offers a software revision of the transmission parameters, which ensures that shift points, shift times, etc. are optimized.
