You can't miss this classic Porsche 911 Carrera in Light Yellow from 1987 with the Rauh-Welt term widebody kit. The classic is currently from Bring a trailer offered and is looking for a new owner. And the changes are typical RWB, which means that the 911 naturally convinces with an extremely widened body. However, it is nowhere near as violent as we do with other XNUMX RWB conversions (see extract below) know. The front apron is, apart from an additional spoiler lip, almost unchanged and only the large wheel arch extensions all around are typical RWB. They are fastened with the known exposed screw connections and require a body that has been cut out over a large area. Such a conversion is meant to last forever and is almost impossible to retrofit. Incidentally, this also applies to the removed sunroof and the missing fuel cap. Only the long hood with quick-release fasteners can still be replaced.

The tailgate also received a large ducktail spoiler lip and the 17 stands on classic Fuchs rims that are appropriately wide. These are replicas from the manufacturer FIKSE Wheels in 275 inch format and with Sumitomo HTR tires in dimensions 40/315 and 35/XNUMX, which fill the wheel arches with millimeter precision. And to ensure that the wheel set sits so precisely in the wheel arches, the Carrera has been given a fully adjustable Moton coilover suspension. And the interior is just as striking as the exterior. A tartan tartan in black and yellow dominates here, which spreads out on the quick-seat rails on the dashboard, the RS door inserts, the lower part of the formerly installed rear seat and also the minimalist sports seats without headrests.

Further details include a wooden gear knob in the style of the Porsche 917, there was a WEVO short throw shifter, aluminum floorboards and pedals from RENNLINE and a spartan three-spoke MOMO Prototipo sports steering wheel with a leather wreath and horn button. With small details such as the new door loops, the hinged side windows at the back or the chic chrome trim around the windows, the typical RWB attention to detail of such a conversion can be seen again. And of course the 3,2 also has a befitting engine in the rear. Also installed is the air-cooled 6-liter 50-cylinder from that time, which was however upgraded with modified throttle valves (by Jenvey Dynamics) and a specially manufactured FabSpeed sports exhaust system and is attached to a G300 five-speed manual transmission. The VDO instruments, including a 10.000 km / h speedometer and XNUMX rpm rev counter, make perfect sense.
