Roush performance has presented the first information and pictures of the 2019 Roush Raptor based on the current Ford F-150 Raptor. Based on the Baja truck, the Raptor appears with a “Chase Rack” sport bar on the loading area, which is equipped with Rigid Industries LED auxiliary lights. The visual highlight, however, are the 20-inch Bedlock aluminum rims that are covered with 35-inch all-terrain tires (BFGoodrich KO2). Incidentally, the Raptor already comes with the robust fender flares all around and the enormous front apron with underrun protection. In some pictures, the Roush-specific Fox 3.0 off-road suspension seems to be already installed which in combination with the new wheelset brings significantly improved off-road characteristics.

However, there is also the possibility that we are mistaken and that the Roush Raptor does not have to be lifted due to the factory-adjustable chassis. And a performance upgrade will also be available soon. The optional "Performance Pac" is supposed to increase the performance from 3 to 5 PS by means of a cold air intake, 450-inch sports exhaust system with 522-inch tailpipes and in-house chip tuning. The torque increases at the same time from 691 NM to an impressive 766 NM. This should accelerate the acceleration to 100 km / h a lot faster and the top speed of 170 km / h will probably also increase a bit.
Optionally available are also the known stickers for the body in the rear area, there is on request a modified interior and who wants to can even build a small vault for the storage of various valuables.
