810 PS & 1060 NM in the 2020 MTM Audi RS7 (C8) Sportback

[Update: 18.09.2023] This post was updatedto take more recent information into account. That MTM has been working with the 4,0 liter V8 (Engine code EA825) including the mild hybrid system from the Audi RS6, the RS7, the Lamborghini Urus, the Bentley Bentayga and the RS Q8, we have known since then at the latest MTM RS6 and the MTM RS Q8. With first Stage 1 The tuner has already tried over 780 PS and now there is a Stage 2 kit for the V8 BiTurbo. And Youtuber has that MotorOli.de in a current RS7 (C8) Sportback on the motorway and on the test bench. The MTM RS7 provides reliable - on paper - 810 PS & 1060 NM torque and was even measured on the test bench under optimal conditions with 816 PS & 1079 NM. The result is an acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h in just 2,9 seconds, a 100 to 200 value of 6,2 seconds and a top speed of over 345 kilometers per hour.

 V8-BiTurbo plus 210 PS / 260 NM

These are key data from a super athlete, which MTM basically only uses in-house chip tuning (Software changed by the control unit), revised air supply (Suction with air collector etc.), with a sports air filter and a stainless steel sports exhaust system from the Otto particle filter (OPF). Considering a standard output of 600 HP and 800 NM, the increase of 210 HP and an impressive 260 Newton meters is of course huge. And visually, MTM, as always, skilfully holds back. The exhaust system in question flows into slightly enlarged, glossy black painted tailpipes in a standard look and the most striking feature is probably the in-house 22 inch wheel set and the subtle foiling over the hood, roof and tailgate by MTM. And there seems to have been a subtle lowering for the RS7. No further information is known, but we assume that the factory air suspension was persuaded to lower the RS7 by a few millimeters using electronics.

Stage 3 already seems to be in the works

And with a reference to one Stage 3 Tuning promises another premium soon. Revised turbochargers and other minor adjustments will follow here. Unbridled power through MTM modifications

The tuning company MTM has developed the 4,0-liter V8 Audi RS7 MTM made and achieved an impressive increase in performance.
