2020 Overfinch SuperSport - Range Rover Sport SVR

The British tuner Overfinch (Leeds in England) recently presented a new limited edition of the Range Rover Sport. After the recently presented Velocity Limited Edition the "Overfinch SuperSport 2020" follows. It is also based on the revamped Range Rover Sport and this time the edition is limited. In total, only 25 SuperSport vehicles are to be built and this copy is only available as a top model SVR. This means that the SVR variant, which costs at least € 135.000, must be available in order to enjoy a SuperSport SUV from Overfinch. The absolute highlight of the conversion is of course the extensive carbon body kit, which is essentially based on the look of the Velocity Limited Edition linked above. In the details, however, there are subtle differences that are of course also due to the SVR's somewhat different design language at the factory.

The most striking feature of the SuperSport 2020 is in any case the huge herringbone pattern carbon fiber hood with large air inlets on the right and left and power dome in the middle. There is also an in-house overfinch grille and a completely new apron with front spoiler is also installed on the SVR. The apron is kept close to the original, but shows itself with additional LED daytime running lights and significantly more prominent air inlets. The factory-made fender flares are underlined with small carbon applications and the same applies to the side skirts and the gills in the fenders. And of course the stern is not untouched either. Here, too, a new apron with air openings on the right and left is installed, which also brings a sporty rear diffuser. The rear apron insert is more restrained compared to the Velocity Kit because the middle section in particular does not look as attached.

Here, too, black tailpipes are integrated on the right and left, which are coupled to a tailor-made titanium sports exhaust system with flap control. The aerodynamic parts are rounded off with a carbon roof spoiler. And under the hood, something has happened. The V8 Biturbo gets a new carbon air intake system that provides improved fresh air intake. There is also a carbon engine cover with reference to the limitation and not quite sure we are regarding an increase in performance by means of chip tuning. For this purpose, Overfinch does not give any information at the moment. But only the titanium sports exhaust system and the new intake system should ensure a performance increase to about 600 PS. And so that the power can also be braked adequately there is a new Brembo eight-piston brake system that convinces in the current vehicle with white painted calipers. And in front of the calipers you put a set of forged Legerro forged wheels in 22 inches.

The rims are available in different finishes and the wheelset is glossy black on the current vehicle. There seems to have been a lowering, but unfortunately there is no information available. However, we assume that the electronic air suspension has been persuaded by means of intervention in the software for lowering. The visual appearance is rounded off with the well-known Overfinch lettering and emblems. And typically Overfinch, the interior has been significantly redesigned. There is a new ebony leather outfit with herringbone pattern and chalk paneling and lots of carbon. As a highlight, everything is set off with a white Dekonaht and completed with illuminated door sills and SuperSport badges. Each of the 25 vehicles is said to be unique and therefore the tuner informs that innumerable materials, colors and ideas for the interior are available.
