Shelby Mustang GT500 with new carbon components!

The Shelby Ford Mustang GT500 gets four new carbon parts from Ford Performance Parts from the accessories. The new components were based on the Texas International Speedway recently presented and are the first carbon accessories from Ford Performance for the GT500. You can currently buy it in the Ford Performance Parts Store and the kit includes a new one Carbon hood insert with slats and rain kit, a new one Tailgate trim, front apron use as well as a powerful one Splitter including underbody paneling. Because all components are made of carbon, they are particularly light but at the same time extremely robust to work on the race track or on the drag strip.

The carbon hood vent and rainshell kit has been reduced to just 1,81 kg (4 pounds), which half the factory components. The front splitter with carbon lining for the oil pan weighs only 1,81 kg and the bumper insert and the lining of the trunk lid only 0,45 kg and 0,90 kg, respectively. The components are offered separately from those used for the Shelby GT500 Carbon Fiber Track Package belong. This one comes with 20 inch carbon rims, carbon fiber fascia, GT4 wing, splitter and more.
