That there is a clear difference in price from the "easy“228i for the 326 hp M235i there is likely to be an open secret. Of course, there is a six-cylinder in-line engine with “TwinPower” turbo on the one hand, and on the other hand it is “just” a small four-cylinder. But that too supposedly small Four-cylinder is able to significantly more capable yesterday showed us the team of mcchip-dkr from Mechernich on his website. On display was a BMW 228i 2.0 Turbo with a standard performance of 245PS / 350 Nm, which shakes out 2PS / 290Nm with software Stage 423, leaving 07i, which has been built with 2016 / 252 strong, behind it by far and damn close comes to the above-mentioned M230i. Although no further information was provided but we assume that the Stage 235 Tuning still own mcpipes own cat replacement tubes, but this is only a guess.

While the 228i from the factory accelerates to 5,7 km / h in 8 seconds (with 100-speed automatic), one can assume that the modified variant should do this in about 5 seconds. In addition, the small Munich-based driver is already able to reach an electronically limited 250 km / h ex works, and if Mcchip has also removed the electronic limit, the Coupé is certainly able to run a good 280 km / h. There isn't much more to say about the car so we leave it with the pictures. If we get more information about the modifications to the 228i, there will of course, as always, be an update for this report. The best thing is to subscribe to our feed and if there is something new you will be informed immediately. We hope you enjoy looking at the pictures.
