700PS in the Hennessey Chevrolet Camaro HPE700

Reading time 2 Min.

News from the team around Hennessey Performance. The latest creation that we encountered from the hallowed halls of Hennessey Performance is a modified Chevrolet Camaro with a 6,2 liter V8 engine. The tuner installed his HPE700 compressor kit on the car and helps the Camaro with its 432HP ex-works to now 700HP & 850NM torque. The Hennessey Camaro is brand new ONLY as an HPE700 version. We will have you already in April Chevrolet Camaro Z / 28 HPE1000 (1.015PS & 1.350NM) and in May the 2015er Chevrolet Camaro Z / 28 as HPE800 (800 PS) presented. So in a positive sense, Hennessey is somehow going backwards. By the way, simply turning through Germany with a Hennessey conversion is not that easy. In order to be “salon-compatible” and approved on German roads, the tuner Rüffer Performance from Melle must convert the car accordingly. This includes making the engine full-throttle safe for high-speed driving, enlarging the cooling system, optimizing the software again, adapting the sports exhaust system to the petty European legal requirements, etc. We know a few details about tuning the Chevrolet Camaro HPE700. What we have learned we have listed below for you in a small summary.
