If you like things a little more elegant, you can sign a sales contract with Mercedes since the presentation in 2015 (for the international automobile exhibition in Frankfurt -> IAA) and are the proud owners of a Mercedes S-Class Cabriolet of the type A217. If you want to stand out from the virtually non-existent mass, you can either opt for a model with an M 157 DE 55 AL or, even better, with an M 279 E 60 AL (S65 AMG) engine. That means 585PS or a brutal 630PS and an impressive 1.000NM torque ex works. But if that's still not enough for you, we will definitely have with you in mid-May our contribution for the Mercedes S-Class Cabrio A217 from Brabus, already given some hope because we already suspected that Brabus would not just put a set of monoblock alloy wheels in 22 inches on the elegant convertible and then end the topic. And what can I say, our thoughts were of course correct because Brabus is currently presenting the BRABUS 850 6.0 Biturbo Cabrio based on the Mercedes-Benz S63 AMG 4MATIC.

Faster is none - BRABUS 850 6.0 Biturbo S63 AMG Convertible

And of course the name says it all, Brabus gives the convertible an incredible 850 hp at 5.400 rpm and a brutal torque of 1.450 Nm (electronically limited to 1.150 Nm) and makes the luxury liner, at least at the moment, the fastest convertible in the world . Of course, the A217 not only got an increase in performance but also the usual high-quality carbon fiber aerodynamic components, a chassis setup, new brakes or, on request, a complete interior and of course a wide variety of rim designs in up to 22 inches. After the extremely comprehensive tuning cure that the S63 AMG was allowed to endure, it is now extremely potent, yet super elegant and of course much more dynamic than the production version and only reveals the incredible power at second glance. Anyone who is thinking of buying an S63 AMG in the future or who already owns one is certainly an interesting starting point for Brabus if it simply needs more.

News

We have discovered another example that convinces with a fantastic interior in bright red. Especially in connection with the black paint, this is an absolute dream combination in my opinion. Of course, 850 PS & 1054 NM torque are also included here.

News from 17.03.2017/XNUMX/XNUMX

This Brabus S63 Cabrio shows us a more striking color combination, the paintwork of which is kept in bright white. The interior stands out with its eye-catching red leather and thus sets a color accent. Due to the white paint on the outside, the Brabus carbon aerodynamic parts are of course much more conspicuous, but if you want the add-on parts to stand out, this combination is certainly just the thing. The key data are identical to the vehicles from above, that is to say this model also has an impressive 850 PS & 1450 NM torque and if that's a bit too heavy for you, you can also order a P700 kit from the German tuner.

Maybe there will soon be an update with information and pictures. If this is the case we will of course also put it online and inform you about it.
