Just now I had to look twice to make sure that I do not write a second report on the same vehicle! What am I talking about? Introduced in June 2015 Porsche Cayman with ADV.1 Wheels alloy wheels in red which not only has the same bright yellow paint but also an identical set of ADV.1 Wheels alloy wheels type ADV7 MV2CS in matt red. The fact that the current 911 is a 20-inch set and not 21-inch like the Cayman is not really obvious at first glance. To be honest, I did not immediately recognize that it was a 911 on the one hand and a Cayman on the other (at least from the front). The Porsche fans will now shake their heads, I know that 😉! However, if you take a closer look at both vehicles, the differences become clearly visible. If the driver of the Cayman still used a Techart body kit, tuning parts from Vorsteiner in carbon are built into the 911. In addition, the Cayman looks very chic with its yellow interior, but unfortunately it does not compete with the red interior of this brand new 911. (At least that's how I see it) But apart from the rims and the paintwork, the vehicles still have something in common, the fact that both vehicles were not refined by a special tuning company (tuner) but by a private tuning screwdriver whose passion and hobby are clearly is dedicated to his vehicle and the topic of "tuning". Of course, there is at least one workshop in the background that made the changes for both vehicles, that's clear! But it's not a standard project that has been given the same accessory manufacturer from the rim to the rear spoiler. On the contrary, parts from a wide variety of suppliers were installed in both vehicles and this ensures that in the end there is a car in front of us that is unique and with such individual tuning is certainly not to be found a second time. Personally, I like these conversions best because with such conversions the owners can let their thoughts run free and often their own work can be found on the body or the interior. The personal touch of the owner is reflected in both cars, as I think, down to the last detail! We already know a few details about the modifications to the current 911.
