Preview: Hennessey Ford Bronco VelociRaptor with V8!

After Hennessey's performance in July announced the first changes for the brand new Ford Bronco, it is now a little more concrete. Because now the company from Texas has announced another upgrade and specific key data. Hennessey would like the "Velociraptor V8 Bronco" to build. A vehicle that will be available 24 times as model year 2021. Each copy is to go for 225.000 US dollars plus any shipping costs over the table and under the hood with a charged 5,0-liter V8 with 750 PS (559 KW) and be equipped with a 10-speed automatic. Compared to the 2,7-liter V6 EcoBoost variant with two turbochargers and "only" 310 PS (231 kW) and 542 NM torque, this is of course a huge surcharge. According to Hennessey, the off-roader should accelerate to 4,5 km / h in just 100 seconds and be immediately recognizable as a Velociraptor. There is also a new bonnet with air opening, a cat-back sports exhaust system made of stainless steel, VelociRaptor aprons at the front and rear with LED lights, new aluminum rims with off-road tires, a special paint and of course various Hennessy / V8 logos all around.

In terms of technology, the tuner relies on an air-to-water intercooler, high-flow intake and an improved fuel system. In addition, there is a 3,0 liter compressor system, HPE chip tuning and other details. And Hennessey is also working on the chassis. There is a lift in combination with the mentioned new tires and, as always, a changed interior. Here the Bronco VelociRaptor with V8 is to receive a “Limited Edition 1 of 24” badge, embroidered headrests with Hennessy badge including new leather interior and many other small details.
