Where else can you get that nowadays? 500 HP from a 4,0 liter vacuum cleaner, 1370 kilos ready to drive (loose 70 kg less than the GT3 RS) and - CRAZY - manual transmission !!! With these key data, the Porsche 911 R (991) is definitely an exotic one that has not existed since the 997 GT3 RS 4.0. Visually, there are only a few features that distinguish the puristic 11er and only the connoisseur will notice this immediately. Clearly there are of course the chic rims and the standard ceramic brake system with their yellow brake calipers behind them. The GT3-style front apron is also one of the indicators of the R, as is, of course, the magnesium roof with its central recess; otherwise only available with the GT3 RS. On the other hand, things are more discreet at the rear: the central double exhaust system (including its titanium tailpipes!) And the no-frills lettering draw attention to the handset, without a navigation system and air conditioning. The RDBLA tuning team also had a 911R on site and the task was -> Foiling all around!

One has opted for an army look in the dull green as we have just recently at one BMW X6M or even one RS5 have seen. The 911 is already equipped with two eye-catching red stripes and a red lettering on the doors, and in the new variant these accents are replaced by the color yellow. Nothing more was done and nothing more is actually needed! Actually, because an increase in performance in connection with the manual transmission would be quite interesting 😉 If we get more information about the modifications to the 911, there is of course, as always, an update for this report. The best thing is to subscribe to our feed and if there is something new you will be informed immediately. We hope you enjoy looking at the pictures.

These are the changes to the Porsche 911 R (991):

  • Foiling all around in dull green (yellow stripes over the vehicle, yellow accents)
  • possibly a performance increase - (chip tuning, tuning box, compressor or turbo conversion, NOS etc. - more information is not available)
  • possibly a sports exhaust system (more information is not available)
