TechArt is screwing again on the current 911 Turbo and has developed a revised body kit for the current facelift model. The 2017 version thus solves the Variant from December 2015 and also increases in terms of performance. Up until now you could enjoy a maximum of 620PS & 880NM torque in the overboost function, so from now on it is even stronger 640PS. With this performance, the Turbo S is able to sprint to 2,7 km / h in just 100 seconds and it only officially ends at 338 km / h. So that the whole thing can be seen optically, the 991 received a revised body kit as "TechArt aerodynamic kit" to acquire. All attachments are made of carbon and polyurethane and are characterized by a development in the wind tunnel.
This includes a front spoiler with active aerodynamics that adapts to speeds of over 120 km / h or manually between 80 and 120 km / h at the push of a button, a fixed rear spoiler, side skirts, a roof spoiler, diffuser, aerowings and air inlets made of carbon. The wheel arches have also been refitted and now enjoy optional 20 & 21 inch Formula IV alloy wheels. The guys around the Techart team released the fresh 911 the days and of course we have to show it to you.
After the subtle and very coherent tuning cure that the 991 Turbo was allowed to endure, it is now even more exciting, more individual and more powerful than the production version and retains the understatement that characterizes the 991 Turbo ex works. If you are thinking of buying a Porsche 911 (991) Turbo in the future or already own one, Techart is definitely an interesting starting point when it comes to differentiating the vehicle from the production model.
