Spectacular - Restomod Ford Mustang Mach 1 by 1971

After we just got back from 440 PS strong 2.8l VW Sharan have raved, now comes something that is not comparable, but also looking for a new owner! It is a rare one Ford Mustang Mach 1 from 1971 which has been completely restored. However, it is not just a pure restoration project but a so-called "Restomod" Project. This means that inside and under the hood there are no 50-year-old components but current technology. The engine, for example, is a big block Chevrolet 8,2 liter V8 that sends 734 hp to the rear axle via a six-speed manual transmission. In addition, there was an unbelievable number of other components that also explain the 2.600 working hours. Among other things, the standard metal bumpers were replaced by identical ones made of plastic.

The interior has also been completely modified and includes a 10-point safety cage or stylish bucket seats including safety belts. If, for once, the thought arises of not wanting to listen to the fat V8, the driver can use the 700W audio system to outdo the sound of the monster. The vehicle is due to be auctioned within the next few days and is expected to cost between $ 95.000-125.000. So if you have something under your pillow and don't know where to go, this Mustang may be just the thing. If we get more information about the modifications to the Mach 1, there is of course, as always, an update for this post. The best thing is to subscribe to our feed and if there is something new you will be informed immediately. We hope you enjoy looking at the photos.
