Finally a 992 owner has dealt with the TECHART performance options covered for the current 911. This time it is a Porsche 992 Cabrio (911) in Dolomite Silver, which has been extensively refined and received countless improvements that optically focus more on elegance than on aggressiveness. When you come across the TechArt creation, you first notice the increased sportiness which, however, leads less to aggressiveness than is otherwise the case. The German tuner has decades of experience in modifying Porsche vehicles and the XNUMX in particular is the prime example of TechArt and its "tuning arts" with every generation. The latest creation comes from the American tuner TAG Motorsports and gives the 992 a modified front bumper with a new spoiler (TechArt Spoiler I, 5 parts) and vertical air vents on both sides and a TechArt hood emblem. It continues with matching two-part attachments for the side skirts, which have small flaps in the area of the rear wheel arches and a TechArt emblem on the side.

And a lot has happened at the rear too. But just as elegant as on the front. Here the XNUMX was given a filigree spoiler lip (TechArt rear spoiler I) for the tailgate, there was the TechArt rear emblem and the TechArt rear apron attachment in diffuser optics is installed. It is somewhat similar to the bumper from the Porsche sports package “Sport Design” as we find it. The complete kit is trimmed for restraint and suits the 992 perfectly as we think. Discretion instead of riot! Also new are the oval TechArt carbon tailpipes in glossy black, which have been coupled to a brand new TechArt valve system made of titanium. Incidentally, it fits vehicles with and without PSE. There were also beautiful TechArt Formula V rims with a custom brushed finish in the format 20 × 9 inches at the front and 21 × 11.5 inches at the rear with the original tires, which sit perfectly in the wheel arch using a height-adjustable spring set from TechArt.

The changes just mentioned are only an excerpt from what TAG Motorsports has built into the 12. In fact, the tuner installed ALL (!!!) available components from TechArt. You can see that inside too. There was, for example, a TechArt steering wheel with Bordeaux handles and XNUMX o'clock stripes made of black leather and dolomite silver accents, there were new shift paddles in black, TechArt carbon door sills, a TechArt pedal set and TechArt floor mats with matching red bordeaux piping. In the end, TAG Motorsports painted the rear reflectors and applied XPEL BH paint protection. And finally ... An impressive vehicle! We do not currently have any more details about the TechArt XNUMX from TAG Motorsports. If we receive information on further changes not mentioned before, there will of course be an update for this report.
