For a long time, the abbreviation GTI was almost inextricably linked with the Golf. But at some point VW considered that the success associated with this label and the image could also be transferred to other models. And so Lupo GTI followed, and recently its successor up! GTI and of course the Polo GTI. Its current generation has a 200 hp two-liter turbo four-cylinder and naturally appeals to fans of sporty driving and tuning. And so this copy of the little hot spur has now been equipped with a set of rims from Barracuda Racing Wheels. These are the popular Barracuda Tzunamee EVO wheels, which measure 8 × 18 inches, have a dark gunmetal brushed finish and are covered with standard tires in 215 / 35R18.
Even at 18 inches, the rim has a considerable concavity of around five centimeters and, thanks to the brushed areas at the ends of the spokes that extend to the rim flange, looks even larger than it is. 8 millimeter spacers on the rear axle ensure ideal alignment in the wheel arches. In addition, the compact sports car received a set of "JMS made by H&R" special springs. They lower the body of the GTI on the front axle by 40 millimeters and at the rear by 30 millimeters, which perfectly rounds off the sporty and dynamic appearance.
