The new 911 generation Porsche 992 Turbo S is undisputedly one of the fastest cars in the world. You have to look pretty closely for a rival, and Carwow assumes that they have found one in this Audi RS3. The opponent is an Audi RS3 with a 2,5-liter five-cylinder turbo and actually 400 hp. It's a nice drag racing machine, but it doesn't stand a chance against the turbo. And that's exactly why the RS3 was modified. While approx. 600 hp can be achieved relatively easily, even more is significantly more difficult. But this RS3 delivers an impressive 726 PS and 760 Nm and we are excited to see the result. The RS3 was modified by the tuner APR with, among other things, large turbochargers. Under the hood of the RS3, there seems to have been pretty much every upgrade APR has in store. In addition to the turbos, there is a new exhaust, a wastegate and also a new fuel management system. And last month this RS3 with a factory engine block set the fastest 1/4 mile time of all RS3s. In exactly 9,62 seconds with racing tires. Who wins? Check it out!

Thomas Wachsmuth - He has been an integral part of tuningblog.eu since 2013. His passion for cars is so intense that he invests every available penny in them. While he dreams of a BMW E31 850CSI and a Hennessey 6x6 Ford F-150, he currently drives a rather inconspicuous BMW 540i (G31/LCI). His collection of books, magazines and brochures on the subject of car tuning has now reached such proportions that he himself has become a walking reference work for the tuning scene.  More about Thomas
