800 hp racing utility vehicle sold out in record time!

As if the fans had only been waiting for it: the second model of the Signature Edition, launched by ABT Sportsline for the 125th company anniversary in 2021, found new owners extremely quickly. After the 64 exclusively tuned Audi RS 6 of the Johann Abt Signature Edition, which were sold in a very short time, the leading tuner for vehicles of the Audi and VW Group launched the RSQ8 Signature Edition this time. Only 96 copies will be made. Only vehicles of the highest exclusivity from ABT Sportsline may be adorned with the addition "Signature Edition". A special highlight on board the strictly limited edition of the RSQ8 Signature Edition is the time capsule in the center console. It contains a fragment of the first winner's trophy from the founder's grandson, Johann Abt.

"RSQ8 Signature Edition"

The limited number of RSQ8 Signature Editions is an allusion to the year ABT was founded in 1896. At that time, company founder Johann Abt laid the foundation for today's global company with his horse workshop, which is known for innovative solutions. As with the Johann Abt Signature Edition, there is now a comprehensive aerodynamic kit with a special and completely different surface structure. "Signature Carbon Bold" is the motto this time for a large number of add-on parts. There are also very special HIGH PERFORMANCE "Signature Edition 23 glossy black" forged wheels, an impressive interior and much more. Not only the attractive robe of the RSQ8 Signature Edition is impressive. Thanks to the ABT Power R* performance upgrade, the V8 biturbo engine now delivers an impressive 800 hp (589 kW). This means that the racing utility vehicle from ABT Sportsline can reach speeds of up to 315 km/h and sprint from 3,2 to 0 km/h in just 100 seconds. The intercoolers and turbochargers specially developed for the Signature Edition models, in combination with the high-tech ABT Engine Control (AEC) control unit, ensure driving performance reminiscent of racing.

ABT Sportsline stocks are completely sold out

New owners were found almost as quickly, so that the ABT Sportsline stocks are completely sold out. “Only our sales partners still have a hand-picked number. We knew that with the RSQ8 Signature Edition we had created a really very special car for our customers. The great interest in our Racing Utility Vehicle is a confirmation of our work and we are of course very pleased,” explains Managing Partner Hans-Jürgen Abt. The first vehicles, all hand-made by experienced racing mechanics, will be delivered soon. Automobile exclusivity has a name: RSQ8 Signature Edition.
