Of course, the manufacturer ACURA is also represented at the SEMA Auto Show. And in co-operation with Graham Rahal Performance (GRP) they have set up a tuned RDX that can be seen. The vehicle is called now Acura RDX A-Spec and comes with 345 hp. The 2,0-liter engine with a factory-fitted 272 hp received new turbochargers, a downpipe, a cat-back sports exhaust system from Graham and individual chip tuning from the KTuning team. And of course the RDX also brings the significant additional performance to the road. He got special Eibach sport springs for a subtle lowering and a set of HRE Performance Wheels alloy wheels in 21 inches with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires. The SUV is braked with a new braking system from StopTech.

The Apex Blue Pearl painted RDX is also equipped with some carbon parts. Various panels, the radiator grille or the exterior mirrors now shine in ultra-light carbon fiber. In addition, there were foils from Troy Lee Designs on the front doors and fenders. And something has also happened in the interior because Max Papis (MPI Innovations) has a carbon steering wheel and headrests from Graham Rahal Performance in white and red and with the tuner's logo. If we receive more information about the RDX A-Spec from Acura and Graham Rahal Performance in a timely manner, there is of course an update for this report. His collection of books, magazines and brochures on the subject of car tuning has now reached such proportions that he himself has become a walking reference work for the tuning scene.  More about Thomas
