It is always interesting to see how many aspects and variations of a single model or a special series are possible. Basically, you can produce an infinite number of variants here, always with the focus on a single piece, made for the customer - unique. So here too in this case. The task was a street legal version of the Nemesis to build. In the export area, we manage to tune the vehicle to 500PS. To what extent that makes sense, or not, or mobile or just stupid is an open question. The Pogea Racing NEMESIS000 broke the 500PS limit last year and is brutal. However, if all of this is still supposed to be quiet, clean and emission-friendly, then you have to dig deeper into the bag of tricks.

MONSTERexhaust silencer

In cooperation with a renowned exhaust gas laboratory, we were able to get the values in such a way that they should not cause any problems for the Australian customer during approval. Because the finished vehicle goes to Sydney, Australia. With a 200 cell catalytic converter and fat dampers from the MONSTERexhaust series, we were able to comply with all relevant values without making the efficiency of the power delivery uninteresting with the exhaust gas temperatures and the exhaust back pressure. The shock-charging manifold, which was manufactured in Germany by our partner Heiko Domnick - HDT Motorsport, also contributes a massive part to generate an enormous torque of 550 Nm and at the same time to capture the power at 410 HP electronically limited, without a cat and without a damper we were at 481PS - but also at 124dB / A. This was made possible with the Honeywell GarrettGTX2861 GEN2 and the camshaft package specially made for this project by Colombo & Bariani.

Ferrari components in the engine

The block was first built in Italy. However, since the work done there by a former partner was catastrophic, a completely new engine was taken and rebuilt here in Swabia. The 2.0L Turbo now has new ones Sleeves, whose blanks come from Ferrari, the cooling cylinder head and block have been revised connecting rod are now from Italianrp and the pistons were designed, drawn and then manufactured for us by Pistal Racing srl in Italy in Stuttgart. In addition to all the fun, there is a specially manufactured intercooler that was made with mesh from the Porsche 997 Turbo, new pipe guides for the entire cooling system, and finally - what one must not forget is the massively reinforced transmission. The 3rd and 4th gear have been strengthened. A special company for raw material hardening, which ZF also uses in Friedrichshafen, then additionally hardened the entire strand. The TCT now works with a sintered coupling, which fortunately can and was learned by us. In view of the fact that the factory documentation for the gearbox is incorrect, you need massive technical understanding and patience in order to then learn the clutch in such a way that all gears go smoothly afterwards. The software was developed in collaboration with our friend Stefan Siemoneit from Siemoneit Racing made by simulation on the original ECU - because we can!

extensive body kit at the Nemesis

The complete body kit, consisting of front apron, rear apron, side skirts with Spoiler swords, adjustable rear spoiler, scoop system for additional cooling and countless other carbon fiber elements were painted with a special coarse metallic silver, which Alfa Romeo showed on a prototype at the Geneva Motor Show. The clear lacquer on the silver is, as always, the "Extra Matt 923-50". The carbon was painted with 12 layers of clear lacquer - also from Glasurit. The painting work and the assembly on our roof shell was carried out on this car by CDC-International GmbH and the team around Michael Schneider on our behalf. The paint work for the carbon fiber components was carried out by the company Faserschmiede.carbon from Germersheim. We are happy to work with reliable and exclusively local companies!

Suspension tuning by Patrick Ziernheld

Perfected - Alfa Romeo 4C Nemesis 001 from Pogea

A lot has happened on the axles too. The Suspension comes from our partner KW suspensions (KW automotive GmbH), which delivered our V2 by Pogea, which was tailored for us, and which can be moved properly on the racetrack with the shims and other chassis parts we manufacture. And then there is the chassis tuning by our professional Patrick Ziernheld, who has a gigantic reputation for being able to adjust the chassis like a young god and has already attracted customers from the surrounding countries. The whole thing would not be possible without what we consider to be the BEST TIRES IN THE WORLD from our technology partner Michelin. The 18/19 inch combination of the Pilot Sport 4S look infernal good in connection with our "ORBI5" forged wheels in Steinway & Sons black high-gloss and still retain something of the culture and the look of Alfa Romeo, so that the purists can't complain . If we receive information on further changes in a timely manner, there is of course an update for this report. You will be informed of this if you simply use ours Feed subscribe to. Have fun watching the pictures and stay true to us!
