The new Alfa Romeo Tonale can now be ordered in the Launch Edition SPECIALE for the market launch. Alfa Romeo's first compact SUV marks the beginning of a metamorphosis for the brand, radically evolving and entering a new era of connectivity and electrification. As a hybrid vehicle, the new Alfa Romeo Tonale SPECIALE has a 1,5-liter four-cylinder petrol engine with an output of 96 kW (130 hp). The special model combines all of Alfa Romeo's sportiness and technology. Standard equipment includes 20-inch alloy wheels, red-painted Brembo brake calipers®, adaptive matrix full LED headlights, privacy glass at the rear, aluminum shift paddles, keyless entry system (keyless entry) and the electrically operated tailgate with easy-loading function. The standard entertainment and navigation system has a 10,25-inch touchscreen (26 centimeters screen diagonal), offers voice control and, thanks to Apple, enables CarPlay and Android AutoTM the convenient and wireless integration of smartphones. A wireless charging pad, sports leather steering wheel, adaptive cruise control system, light/rain sensor, reversing camera and traffic sign recognition are also part of the standard equipment. The base price of the Alfa Romeo Tonale SPECIALE is 39.000 euros.

With the owner's consent, the NFT records important vehicle data and creates a certificate that can be used, for example, as proof that the vehicle has been properly maintained. Among other things, this documentation will have a positive effect on the residual value. In the used vehicle market, NFT certification provides an added layer of security that sellers or dealers and buyers can rely on.
Connectivity and software solutions to improve the driving experience
Alfa Romeo uses software solutions and connectivity to improve the driving experience, which is always at the center. The new Alfa Romeo Tonale is equipped with the most advanced technology to ensure a connected and comfortable driving experience. The driving fun typical of an Alfa Romeo is not neglected. The new Alfa Romeo Tonale comes standard with an innovative infotainment system. With customizable operating system (Android) and 4G connectivity, over-the-air (OTA) updates are possible. Content, functions and services are always up to date.
The infotainment system has a 12,3-inch screen and a 10,25-inch touchscreen (31,2 or 26,0 centimeters screen diagonal) with a multitasking user interface. The driver has all functions under control without having to take his eyes off the road. With a total size of 22,5 inches (57,2 centimetres), the two full TFT screens in the new Alfa Romeo Tonale are among the largest in the segment. The technology of the New Alfa Romeo Tonale is entirely at the service of safety and comfort: level 2 autonomous driving is possible thanks to advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS). The new Alfa Romeo Tonale marks the brand's entry into the world of electrification. Alfa Romeo follows its own paradigm: electrification must serve the brand and its DNA in order to reinvent sportiness for the 21st century. The new Alfa Romeo Tonale is a concrete commitment to a future focused on sustainable mobility while remaining true to the brand's core values. The Launch Edition Alfa Romeo Tonale SPECIALE has a hybrid drive coupled to an automatic seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. The 1,5-liter turbocharged petrol engine delivers 96 kW (130 hp). It is combined with a 48-volt electric motor that produces 15 kW (equivalent to 20 hp) and a torque of 55 Newton meters. This means that the new Alfa Romeo Tonale is also able to drive fully electrically.
Four trim levels
At its launch, the Alfa Romeo Tonale will feature a new trim strategy. A total of four equipment variants are available. The SUPER variant represents the entry into the unique experience of the Alfa Romeo Tonale. If you want it particularly elegant and luxurious, choose the Tonale TI. The SPRINT variant, on the other hand, focuses primarily on a sporty orientation. The sporty top equipment is the Tonale VELOCE, which offers even more performance and sportiness. In line with the simplification and streamlining of the product range, the pricing of the new Alfa Romeo Tonale also guides customers through a simple, transparent and linear strategy.

Alfa Romeo has put together an offer for the Launch Edition Tonale SPECIALE that offers customers absolute peace of mind. This includes the extended five-year guarantee with no kilometer limit including a guarantee of eight years or 150.000 kilometers for the batteries. The Alfa Romeo Tonale offers a clear customer advantage with the extensive standard equipment. Lower discounts are also aimed at maintaining a stable price level on the market, which on the one hand makes attractive offers possible and at the same time protects the residual value of the vehicles. The Launch Edition Alfa Romeo Tonale SPECIALE will soon also be available with a 118 kW (160 hp) hybrid drive.
