Recently Bugatti has the brand new 5 million Divo presented to the world public and, in contrast to the Veyron, is now offering another model in parallel for the first time. OK - strictly limited to 40 pieces and of course completely sold out - but there is always something! We are excited to see if there will also be a Divo that will receive a third-party wheelset, for example. After all, there are always people for whom even a vehicle limited to 40 pieces is not exclusive enough. The best example is the Chiron, which is also extremely rare with a planned number of only 500 copies. But here we have already seen a copy in full carbon on Forgiato Wheels and also one on Vossen rims (see Gallery below).
And now comes another one and this is on ANRKY Wheels. Even its owner would seem to like a unique and a new set of wheels is a good option. He has decided for the type ANRKY AN11 which from now on fill the wheel arches of the super sports car. They are built in 20 × 10 inches at the front and 21 × 13 inches at the back and thus have exactly the dimensions of the factory wheels. This is also necessary because one is currently forced the specially developed for the CHIRON 400 km / h Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 Semislicks to obstruct. They come in the format 285 / 35 R 20 on the front axle and 355 / 30 R 21 rear and a bi-compound rubber compound for maximum grip.
With this type of tire, the maximum tread depth is reduced to 5 mm and the mileage is specified as a maximum of 10.000 km. And that has it's reason. If you let the Chiron fly over 400 km / h then the tire rotates more than 50 times per second and forces occur on the tread which correspond to approx. 4000 times the acceleration due to gravity (g = 9,81 m / s2). As a result, even a small 18 g valve weighs a good 55 kg at full throttle. So it's understandable that you can't look for a larger or smaller alternative for the Chiron in one of the countless online tire shops.
