A good 4 weeks ago we got you from the tuner Ares design a wonderful restored one Porsche 964 Targa (911) in Centro Stile presented. And today another vehicle is being added. This time it's not a Targa, but a Turbo. And a 425 PS powerful Porsche 911 Turbo of the model generation 964. And it is no less spectacular and of course again according to the wishes made by the proud owner. After Ares just got one yesterday completely rebuilt Land Rover Defender with V8 drive had introduced, the 911 is now being added at the same time. Apparently there is currently a lot going on at the tuner from Modena in Italy. The classic Porsche 964 Turbo of the XNUMX generation is of course on again Unique and according to Ares it was developed to "to fulfill the vision of a Porsche enthusiast who wanted to realize his dream car". And that should have succeeded.

The XNUMX has a lot visual improvements received and, as already mentioned in the heading, a powerful one Upgrade on the engine. Still, the DNA of the original turbo should received completely have been. The most visually striking feature is of course the large, fixed one Ducktail rear spoiler (Duck tail spoiler) attached to a redesigned bonnet is installed. It gives the coupé the retro atmosphere of the legendary 911 Carrera 2.7 RS. And it continues with a beautiful one wheelset im Fuchsfelgen design. This is of course an absolute must on a classic Porsche! One is installed two-tone painted variant based on the high-gloss black body. The rim star shows up in Body color and the rim beds shine in Silver. Here, too, one consciously reminds of the Carrera 2.7 RS, which had installed these rims from the mid-1970s.
Sports brake system for deceleration appropriate to one's position
A look through the small openings of the Alus reveals one sports brake system with Red painted Saddles and perforated Brake discs for a befitting delay. And a glance shows that the braking system is necessary under the hood. You are working on a tuned from now on 3,6-liter six-cylinder boxer turbo engine! Among other things, a larger one was installed turbocharger, an improved Intercooler and a special one Chiptuning. This increased the factory output from 360 HP (268 KW) to stately 425 PS (316 kW). Exact information about the acceleration values of the Restomod turbo from Ares Design is missing, but that these are clear improved have, goes without saying. And of course it goes without saying that the cabin is completely new.
Leather and a new Porsche infotainment system
The main changes here are tons Manager and Tartan with Houndstooth motif on almost every conceivable surface as a reference to the racing models of the past, there are new ones decorative elements am dashboard and also the Door boards are redesigned by hand. Even a special I.nfotainment system by Porsche for classic cars (PCCM - Porsche Classic Communication Management) was installed in the center console in combination with a new one instrument cluster.
