Just "knock it out"! The motto of the tuner B&B Automobiltechnik in connection with Audi's small A1 in the top version as S1 with 231 PS and 370 Nm cannot be understood otherwise. How else can you explain that the actually tiny Ingolstadt in the B&B Stage 5 version with unbelievable 380PS and 540NM torque from 0 to 100 km / h in just 4,5 seconds (series 5,9 seconds) and even from a standing start 200 km / h only 16,8 seconds pass (series 23,6 seconds)? Incidentally, the end is only at a top speed of over 285 km / h, and all in an Audi A1. In order for it to come to that, a lot was done on the S1, especially in the last expansion stage.
Information about the Audi A1 S1
The extra performance can only be achieved if a larger special turbocharger, a racing exhaust system with downpipe, metal catalytic converters, high-performance intercooler, high-pressure pump, sports clutch, special oil cooling system is installed and, in addition, adjustments are made in the area of the intake and engine management. Oh yes, you should have at least 12.950 euros left over! 😉 If you would like to have it a little more subtle, however, you can choose from 4 further power levels and Stage 1 starts with a moderate € 998 and already brings a whopping 286 hp and 425 Nm of torque. For those who would like to have more optics for a significant increase in performance, the B & B Automobiltechnik team naturally also has something in stock.
Whether B & B high-performance brake system with 342mm brake discs or B & B light alloy wheels of type B9 in 18 inch - there are plenty of accessories from B & B for the little S1. The guys around the tuning team officially presented the S1 yesterday and we are pleased that we can already show you the first pictures. After the extremely elaborate tuning cure that the S1 was allowed to endure on request, it is extremely potent and visually much more sporty than the production version and convinces with its unobtrusiveness. If you are thinking of buying an A1 S1 in the future or already own one, B&B Automobiltechnik is certainly an interesting starting point when it comes to differentiating the vehicle from the production model.

- B&B level 4 to 260 kW / 354 PS / 515 Nm - (price from 8.950, B & B turbocharger, various hardware parts processed, B & B special oil cooling system, B & B downpipe with exhaust back pressure reduced sports catalytic converter, engine software individually adapted to the changed components, optimization of intake paths and air ducts, boost pressure increase by + about 0,2bar)
- B&B level 5 to 380 PS and 540 Nm (price from EUR 12.950.-, larger special turbocharger, racing exhaust system with downpipe and metal catalytic converters, high-performance intercooler, high-pressure pump as well as sports clutch and special oil cooling system, adjustments in the area of the intake and engine management)
- in all stages the cancellation of the Vmax limitation is included
- Lowering (B & B sport spring set for lowering by about 35 mm, B & B / KW coilover kit V3 in height, rebound and compression adjustable)
