An Audi A5 Cabrio is usually not a tuning object, but rather a car for well-earning women and men who are in their prime and like to drive open in summer, but do not want to pose or attract attention. For a convertible, such an A5 is an absolutely subtle car, which embodies understatement in its purest form, and which at first glance doesn't show how much it costs new. Although convertibles have become somewhat out of fashion due to the SUV boom, the A5 convertible is also available in a new edition, and it sells relatively well. However, the model we are presenting is the first generation of the car, which has nothing to do with restraint, but wants to stand out at all costs.

Widebody kit and Rotiform rims

You have probably never seen an Audi A5 Cabriolet like this. Feels just a few millimeters above the grass hub, this Audi with Airride suspension and e-level control crouches on the asphalt. Incredibly beefy and wide, he stands there with his self-made widebody kit in pandem style. You'd think he'd tanked up a couple of drugs that would help him get more muscle. The four-pipe exhaust system with a classic arrangement and a diffuser, which together with the four tailpipes should signal strength and sportiness, also go well with the beefy and almost martial character of the car. The Rotiform rims fit very well, but the neon green Wilwood calipers bite completely with the rims with a red bed. Once again, someone clearly overshot the goal when it came to the right color matching. At least that is our opinion. Or maybe that was exactly the effect?

Carbon & black attachments as an accent

Add-on parts in black or carbon are immediately noticeable on the front and rear, such as the all-black grill with black Audi emblem, the RS5 apron, and the front spoiler, which shines in a carbon look. But the headlights from the facelift are also eye-catchers! The Audi logo was also blackened at the rear, and a black rear spoiler was also attached, which also looks like self-made tuning. Together with the silver exterior color of the car, it all looks very sporty if it weren't for the neon green brake calipers mentioned above. With this widebody doping cure, the Audi A5 Cabrio, which drives around in China, could also get a lot of attention in Europe and would be the eye-catcher at every VAG meeting.

The interior was only slightly modified.

The first thing you notice immediately in the interior are the red-painted Savanini shift paddles, which symbolize racing feeling, and the sports steering wheel with carbon insert and 12 o'clock marking. Otherwise, only the e-level control unit of the air suspension is installed in the interior to raise or lower the ground clearance of the car, depending on your taste. Otherwise, everything seems to have remained standard, and in our opinion that's a good thing, because a flashy interior doesn't fit an Audi A5 Cabriolet.

The drive was probably not changed.

Unfortunately we do not know which engine in the Audi A5 Cabriolet does its job, but according to our information, there is only a 2-liter turbo gasoline engine with 190 or 252 hp, which is available in the China version as shown here The newer version generates maximum torque of 320 Newton meters, and the newer version has 370 Newton meters. This model has an automatic transmission with paddle shifters on the steering wheel, which, as mentioned above, were painted red, and it should let the Audi glide across the streets in a very comfortable and sporty way.

Show car for all VAG fans and non-VAG fans.

With these eye-catching tuning measures, this Audi attracts everyone's attention and, in addition to die-hard VAG fans, it will also be able to conquer various hearts of other car and tuning fans.
