Shiftech already has us at the beginning of the year demonstrated that the "small“The 3.0tdi engine of the current Audi A8 type D4 / 4H is able to balance a full 307PS and 648NM torque on all four wheels. And yesterday came the proof that the 4.2 V8 TDi, from the previous model (D3 / 4E), can of course easily keep up. Ok, it is not an art to achieve more power with two cylinders & 1,2 liters more displacement, but the result is definitely a lot of fun in the end, because after all, you are not only able to hunt the new model but also to hang out. And you should be able to really annoy a 350PS strong D4 TDI and even the facelift model with its 385PS and 850NM torque should not really drive away from the Shiftech D3. Apart from the rather significant increase in performance, there is actually nothing more to say about the car, so we leave it with the pictures. If we get more information about other modifications to the A8, there is of course, as always, an update for this post.
