Are you looking for a body kit for the Audi R8? The body kit shouldn't ONLY bring a small spoiler lip for the front apron, covers for the mirror caps and possibly a rear spoiler? Then the widebody kit from SR66 Design for the first generation of the Audi R8 might be just the thing. For the R2006 (Type 2015) built from 8 to 42, the Polish tuner has developed an extensive aerodynamic kit with carbon details that ensures that the filigree Ingolstadt is an alternative to the Lamborghini Aventador. And that is to put it mildly because the R8 from SR66 would actually cut a good figure next to a Lamborghini Veneno. But what has changed? Actually everything! At the front there is a completely new apron with a radiator grille without an emblem in the typical RS honeycomb design and two distinctive air inlets to the right and left of the headlights as well as the two large ones directly below.

The apron is also significantly widened to connect to the completely redesigned fenders. The whole vehicle looks a little like the R8 LMS GT3 (Type 4S) as we find it. This is also due to the large side skirts as well as the widened side walls and the fat rear. The rear also has a new apron which of course has also been widened to the right and left. It also has very distinctive air vents and an aggressive rear diffuser in the bag. Above the diffuser, the exhaust system of the Ingolstadt can still be seen, but through a Titanium Quicksilver exhaust damper system (by GTPerformance) has been replaced. The highlight of the rear view, however, is in any case the huge rear wing in gooseneck design. Again, this is a component of SR66 and this wing was attached with straps coming from the air openings of the skirt.

many details in carbon fiber on the R8

Crazy… Further details include a new front hood with central air opening and a really stylish cover with fins for the engine of the R8, which is known to be in the rear. To do this, the body kit skilfully sets in scene with an extensive foliation similar to the SR66 Design Audi S5, Responsible for the design and implementation of the foiling were the guys from Wrap Collabo & 9Sixty Design, The R8 is by the way with a own page on Facebook represented and under the project Sharp R8 known. There are also more hints and pictures of the conversion. For example, the R8 got a completely new interior from Carissmo with lots of Alcantara, carbon and accents in red.

In addition, an ultra-light OZ Racing forged wheel set in 19 inches (a two-part forged wheel set is in planning) and a black paint finish and an airride air suspension system from airRIDE-System.pl (AccuAir / Accuiair EndoCVT) is also installed. A look through the spokes of the Alus shows the ceramic brake system of the R8. And in the video is unmistakably pointed out that the exhaust system is anything but series. All in all, a very extreme vehicle that is definitely a one-of-a-kind vehicle that attracts a lot of attention.
