Since the new generation of the Audi R2015 (8S) appeared in year 4, it has become quiet around the predecessor R8 42. However, the first generation, which appeared before 11 years ago, is still an absolute highlight on the road and if you see one of the 5.626, Germany-approved, athletes, you'll see that the Ingolstadt is still an eye-catcher. And the appearance of the new model generation also has a positive side effect, but slowly but surely the first generation will be affordable. Especially the small model with 4.2 FSI V8 and 420 PS (from the RS4) is currently quite affordable for the 45.000 €. And that with a few optical retouching also quickly returns to the level of the current vehicles shows us this R8 V8 presented on the website of the rim manufacturer Avant Garde Wheels.

From the tuner "The Auto Vault Inc." A 20 inch Avant Garde Wheels M632 wheelset in Candy Apple Red was installed which, in conjunction with a subtle lowering, optimally fills the wheel arches. The eye-catching design of the rims harmonises perfectly with the sporty silhouette of the R8 and the color combination white / red couldn't be better. At the front, the Audi emblem was removed from the bonnet, black side indicators and a sun visor strip on the windshield with the tuner's initials. No more, and that's a good thing! If we get more information about the modifications to the R8, there is of course, as always, an update for this report. The best thing is to subscribe to our feed and if there is something new you will be informed immediately. We hope you enjoy looking at the pictures.
