Here's the first piece of good news: Despite the now mandatory OPF (particulate filter for gasoline engines), Audi has managed to keep the cheering, sputtering, grumbling and bubbling of the charismatic two-and-a-half-liter five-cylinder engine over the laps. And 400 hp are still raging on the AWD stool, catapulting the RS3 load to 3,7 km/h in tested 100 seconds. The second piece of good news concerns the now available H&R Monotube coilover kit, which gives the compact car even more traction and also makes a deep visual impression. The lowered body center of gravity (front adjustable up to approx. minus 40 millimeters, rear up to approx. 45 mm) reduces body movements and ensures even more direct steering.

The lack of traction from tight corners is also minimized. Nevertheless, the driving comfort remains suitable for long distances and the payload remains at the standard level. In addition, the chassis can be installed for both the sedan and the Sportback. H&R Trak+ wheel spacers made of high-tensile aluminum promise even more profile. Either silver or black anodised, this means that standard and accessory wheels can be aligned with millimeter precision on the fender edges. As is usual with H&R, all products are supplied with the required parts certificate and are Made in Germany! Thomas Wachsmuth - He has been an integral part of tuningblog.eu since 2013. His passion for cars is so intense that he invests every available penny in them. While he dreams of a BMW E31 850CSI and a Hennessey 6x6 Ford F-150, he currently drives a rather inconspicuous BMW 540i (G31/LCI). His collection of books, magazines and brochures on the subject of car tuning has now reached such proportions that he himself has become a walking reference work for the tuning scene.  More about Thomas
