Actually, you can not believe it! The Audi S8 (type D4, 2012-2017) belongs to both the S8 4.0 TFSI with 520 PS & 650 NM torque and the S8 plus 4.0 TFSI with a brilliant 605 PS & 750 NM old iron. That might sound a bit harsh now, but considering the fact that Audi presented the D5 generation last year, it's a fact. Although the "NEW" is not currently available as an "S" model, the planned 70 (6.0) TFSI with 585 PS & 800 NM torque should appear this year. However, the rim label Vossen Wheels would like to show us that the D4, especially as the S8, is by no means outdated and especially not when it is equipped with a few individual accessories.
This is exactly what the team did and installed their brand new Vossen Forged ML-X3 rim on the Ingolstadt luxury steamer. The decision was made for the 22 inch format and so the S8 was given 22 × 10,5 inch dimensions. And clearly there was also a lowering for the A8, but unfortunately we currently have no information on this. However, we assume that the S8 will either use changed coupling rods was pressed in combination with the standard air suspension in the direction of the road, or you built a set of adjustable sports springs.
And also on the body was a modification and so you installed an additional front spoiler on the S-Line bumper for an even more dynamic appearance. Apart from the wheelset but unfortunately neither information about the manufacturer of the front spoiler nor the exact manner of lowering are known so we leave you at this point with the pictures alone. 🙂 If we get more details about the changes, there is of course an update for this story.
