320 PS & 400 NM in the 2020 Audi TTS competition plus!

Stylish and sharper - Audi is launching a sporty equipment line and a design-oriented special model for its TT family: the Audi TTS competition plus sets an athletic exclamation point. The new “bronze selection” variant for the TT and TTS exudes self-confident elegance. With specific design details, the new equipment line “competition plus” sharpens the sporty status of the Audi TTS. In general, the Audi TTS is equipped with a more powerful TFSI engine, which now has an output of 235 kW (320PS) and a maximum torque of 400 Nm. The Coupé accelerates from standstill to 4,5 km / h in 100 seconds (Roadster: 4,8 seconds). The top speed is electronically limited to 250 km / h. Standard on board are the seven-speed S tronic, quattro permanent all-wheel drive and the regulated Audi magnetic ride shock absorber system.

LED headlights and foiled Audi rings

The standard equipment of the TTS competition plus includes LED headlights, foil-wrapped Audi rings on the side skirts, privacy glass (Coupé only), red brake calipers and high-gloss black 20-inch wheels in a 10-spoke design. The fixed rear wing and other dark exterior details, such as the black Audi rings on the front and rear, express the dynamic ambitions at first glance. The colors chronos gray, glacier white, tango red and turbo blue are available for the exterior paintwork.

Strong accents: the interior of the new TTS

The driver looks at the 12,3-inch (approx. 31 cm) Audi virtual cockpit plus with variably adjustable display modes for driving and on-board computer information. The exclusive leather upholstery enhances the sporty interior of the TTS competition plus: Fine Nappa in Soul with contrasting stitching in Express red or Ara blue, plus diamond quilting and S embossing on the front seat backrests. Accordingly, the elements on the seat trims and center console are finished in slate gray chrome paint (on the Roadster in slate gray fine paint), turbo blue satin paint or tango red gloss paint (exclusively for the Coupé). In addition, the carbon inlays come as standard. The inner rings of the air vents are painted in the colors turbo blue satin or tango red glossy (exclusively for Coupé). The non-slip gear knob is made of Alcantara. Thanks to a combination of Alcantara and Audi exclusive leather, the steering wheel, which is flattened at the bottom, feels particularly good in the hands. A 12 o'clock marking in gray or red (with blue or red interior fittings) in conjunction with contrasting stitching in ara blue or tango red set a further accent in the driver-oriented cockpit. In the tango red interior, the floor mats are also provided with a color-matched contrasting seam and edged with hard-wearing synthetic leather.

Stylish: Audi TT and TTS "bronze selection"

Another design highlight will expand the attractive portfolio in the second quarter: the special model "bronze selection" as an offer from Audi Sport GmbH - available for both the Audi TT and the Audi TTS. In keeping with the name, the interior elements on the seat covers, center console and air vents are finished in fine bronze paint, while contrasting copper stitching adorns the sports seats plus. The selectable body colors Chronos Gray, Glacier White and Mythos Black correspond with the elegant bronze tone of the 20-inch wheels in 5-V-spoke star design. In the same color, the foiled Audi rings on the side skirts catch the eye.

LED headlights and LED rear lights

In addition to LED headlights and rear lights, a B&O sound system, inlays in aluminum drift and an extended leather package with contrasting stitching in the color copper are standard. Two large, round tailpipes with chrome-plated trims on the right and left form an expressive rear end. With the TTS, the sporty rear ends as usual with two double tailpipes. The honeycomb grille of the single-frame grill is glossy black on the TT and matt titanium black on the TTS.
