Can he BMW M3 (G80) Competition as a potent performance sedan versus a heavily tuned one Nissan Sylvia (S15) to stink? The Japanese presses a lot 600 PS to the rear wheels and is significantly lighter (1.200 kilograms Silvia vs. BMW 1.730 kilograms). As always, the CarWow video shows a few drag races and the obligatory CarWow brake test. The M3 Competition has a 3,0-liter in-line six-cylinder with bi-turbo charging and 510 PS (380 kW) and 650 Newton meters of torque under the hood and an ultra-modern one Eight-speed automatic with launch control. And how did Silvia get so strong?

600 PS and 700 Nm torque

she has a drilled out 2,1-liter four-cylinder with turbocharging installed, whereby the main changes are the displacement expansion and the new turbo. With 600 PS and 700 Nm torque the classic is actually clearly superior. But, Silvia only has one manual transmission in contrast to the launch control technology in the BMW. We can reveal one thing that vehicles need 11,8 and 12,6 seconds for the quarter mile. The video shows you which vehicle drives which time. Have fun!

His collection of books, magazines and brochures on the subject of car tuning has now reached such proportions that he himself has become a walking reference work for the tuning scene.  More about Thomas
