No question, for many years there was hardly any herb against the Nissan GT-R. The Japanese athlete has been relaunched again and again since 2007 and is still one of the fastest vehicles on the market. Especially when it is tuned to the "Godzilla". But the days of the GT-R seem slowly but surely to be over. Vehicles like the Mercedes E63 AMG, the new Audi RS6 and of course the F90 BMW M5 are attacking. And the German manufacturers have finally recognized that from a certain level of power there is no way around all-wheel drive.

840 HP meet 750 HP

And if such a monster from Germany was tuned to 5 PS in the form of an M840, then it will be damn tight for Godzilla. And what exactly this M5 can do, we already have various drag races against you McLaren 720S, a 950 hp Mercedes-AMG GT63 , or Lamborghini Aventador SVJ shown. This time it is against a tuned 750 PS Stage 2+ Nissan GT-R. If you consider that the GT-R is a little lighter and a perfect one Launch Control brings along, then a 90 hp deficit could quickly vanish into thin air, right? Check it out!

About Thomas Wachsmuth

Thomas Wachsmuth - He has been an integral part of tuningblog.eu since 2013. His passion for cars is so intense that he invests every available penny in them. While he dreams of a BMW E31 850CSI and a Hennessey 6x6 Ford F-150, he currently drives a rather inconspicuous BMW 540i (G31/LCI). His collection of books, magazines and brochures on the subject of car tuning has now reached such proportions that he himself has become a walking reference work for the tuning scene.  More about Thomas
