It's been a long time since we got a BMW 7 Series in one Drag Race have seen. In fact, it was the duel Maybach 62 against BMW 760Li. And now there is another duel. With two identical vehicles, the difference of course being the new generation G11 / G12 is against the old F01 series. But there is always one M760Li! What will five years of evolution bring in the largest and most powerful BMW 7 Series? The black one is a 2015 760Li with 6,0 liter twin turbo V12 (N74B60) and 544 PS / 750 Nm torque, rear-wheel drive and 2.105 kg empty weight. Not exactly drag racing traits, but nobody expected that either. And allegedly the engine was even "tuned a bit". The gray 7 Series (Dravit Gray from BMW Individual), on the other hand, is a brand new one 2020 M760Li with 6,6 liter twin turbo V12 engine (N74B66) and 585 hp and 850 Nm torque as well as xDrive all-wheel drive. Who wins? Check it out!

About Thomas Wachsmuth

Thomas Wachsmuth - He has been an integral part of tuningblog.eu since 2013. His passion for cars is so intense that he invests every available penny in them. While he dreams of a BMW E31 850CSI and a Hennessey 6x6 Ford F-150, he currently drives a rather inconspicuous BMW 540i (G31/LCI). His collection of books, magazines and brochures on the subject of car tuning has now reached such proportions that he himself has become a walking reference work for the tuning scene.  More about Thomas
