Here comes the “KLAUS” project! A completely crazy BMW 3 series of the E36 generation with a BiTurbo V8 and almost completely without body parts. The crazy, crazy and wild creation comes from the company Hidden motorsports and is probably one of the craziest BMW 3 Series models ever. And in addition to the spectacular optics, a spectacular engine is of course also installed. And that reminds us of the towering turbochargers 1.400PS Ford Mustang AWD from Ken Block. The engine is a 5,3-liter LS-V8 block which, in addition to the huge two turbos, has also received specially manufactured pistons, CNC cylinder heads from Lingenfelter and Holley intake manifolds. The engine cover is painted in a chic Candy Apple Red. In combination with a tailor-made intercooler and a completely revised cooling system, the engine is kept alive and sends approx.1.000PS to the rear wheels via the built-in Tremec T56 6-speed manual transmission.

But in addition to the engine, it is especially the completely stripped body that causes a stir. The last original parts seem to be the chassis, the windshield including the frame, the rear with parts of the side wall and the engine compartment. The rest is just gone! There is not even a roof. At the point where the body parts were once, a black exoskeleton is now installed as on sheepey race Lamborghini Huracan. Only that he was still largely wearing the body dress underneath. However, the E36 only carries the roll cage that is laid outwards and also a fixed rear wing. Fittingly, the interior is completely swept clean and equipped with only four bucket seats, a three-spoke steering wheel and the standard dashboard. We are excited to see how the project will progress!

Thomas Wachsmuth - He has been an integral part of tuningblog.eu since 2013. His passion for cars is so intense that he invests every available penny in them. While he dreams of a BMW E31 850CSI and a Hennessey 6x6 Ford F-150, he currently drives a rather inconspicuous BMW 540i (G31/LCI). His collection of books, magazines and brochures on the subject of car tuning has now reached such proportions that he himself has become a walking reference work for the tuning scene.  More about Thomas
