In addition to the VW Golf, the Ford Mustang of the tuner darling is undisputed! Currently nocBagged Ford Mustang S550 on Forgestar F14 Beadlocks! H always mainly in America, but with almost 10.000 registrations in Europe in 2019, the world's best-selling sports coupe is also on the rise with us. Reason enough that we briefly introduce you to this specimen in elegant metallic blue. A vehicle about which we have relatively little information, but a lot of pictures directly from the rim manufacturer Forgestar. The Mustang was put on a set of F14 rims from Forgestar, which on the rear axle even as Beadlock variant are installed. Not only does it look cool, but this type of rim also has a very special function. Beadlocks prevent tires and rims from twisting with each other, or rather, into one another.

Normally, tires are simply inflated, which creates an internal pressure that allows the tire bead to lie firmly against the inside of the rim and thus creates a strong connection to the rim. So he stays firmly on the rim. However, this only applies to a limited extent, because if someone accelerates extremely, this function can be overridden. This only applies to particularly powerful vehicles away from normal use, but the owner of this vehicle seems to want to prevent the tire and rim from moving and thus have an extremely strong vehicle. The tire is firmly attached to the rim by means of the beadlock ring and therefore more than 1000 HP may be sent to the rear wheels. Unfortunately, we cannot say at the moment whether the heavily modified 5,0-liter V8 under the hood of this Mustang is capable of this. The Edelbrock compressor, the nitro injection and other components such as the new intake or the specially made sports exhaust system, however, at least suggest that the engine's output is significantly higher than that of the production vehicle.

Shelby GT 500 front apron on the Mustang

Underneath since this specimen is probably even stronger than that 770 hp Shelby GT 500 the top apron from Topmodel with the large splinter and the side wing mechanism is justified as we find. In addition, the pony car is lowered even further by means of Air-Lift-Performance air suspension, there were small details such as the darkened headlights and taillights and the rear window cover, the carbon hood and of course the enlarged ducktail spoiler lip on the tailgate are particularly striking. And with a high probability there have also been some changes in the interior. But unfortunately we have no information on this at the moment either. If this changes in a timely manner, there is of course an update for this report. You will be informed if you simply use ours Feed subscribe to. Have fun watching the pictures and stay true to us!
