Tuner PaxPower came to the SEMA 2019 with a massive high-speed off-roader. And with a converted Ford Ranger who was pushed to the format of an F-150 Raptor. Curtain up for the PaxPower 350 PS Beefy Ford Ranger Lariat FX4 Pickup Truck! And tuner PaxPower makes the brave ranger a real raptor. The basis for the conversion is a current Lariat FX4 model, however, which has received around original Ford body parts from the Ranger Raptor. That is already available in other parts of the world! These are the much wider front fenders and the black radiator grille with the big Ford lettering comes from the Raptor. From the accessories, however, is the massive metal front bumper with huge LED Lightbar with large tow hooks and adapted to this is the matt black underrun protection.

Suspension with Baja components

The rear also received widened wheel arches and a matching massive rear apron with LED lights and large towing eyes are also installed here. And clearly the chassis has also been significantly modified. PaxPower does not use any OEM Ranger Raptor components here, but relies on a BajaKit (Prerunner suspension) with modified wishbones and adjustable 2,5-inch racing dampers and stronger springs. And then there is the huge wheelset. 17 inch ICON beadlock aluminum rims with a dark gray rim star and a screwed rim ring in the color of the car are installed and there was also a large-treaded ToyoTires off-road wheel set for tireless propulsion off paved slopes. And in order for things to progress really consistently, an increase in performance for the 2,3-liter four-cylinder was of course also essential.

as powerful as a F-150 Raptor

With components such as SCT performance chip tuning or modified air management (Air-Intake, intercooler etc.) the tuner conjures up from the former 210 PS now strong 350 PS which should be enough to always have enough power. And finally there was also a completely new paint job in chic metallic blue as well as some graphic gadgets. Of course, all of this has a price! For such an elaborately converted Ranger you should plan on almost 65.000 US dollars, which would be enough to buy a "real" F-150 Raptor.
