The English know how to party. Just over a year ago, the celebrations of the brand's 100 anniversary began, and the public was shown that with the Mulsanne WO Edition by Mulliner which is limited to 100 pieces. And punctually for the Geneva Motor Show, they have created a next birthday present for themselves and the clientele. There they presented the yesterday Bentley Continental GT No 9 Edition by Mulliner which should particularly refer to the successful motorsport history of the manufacturer. And the white "9" in the black radiator grille, which is based on the Birkin "Blower" Bentley from 1929, should make this clear. The GT No 9 is also limited to just 100 pieces and comes with wood inlays from Tim Birkin's Le Mans racing car. But of course this is not an imitation.

These are original parts of the 4 ½ liter "Blower" racing seat, which are integrated into the revolving dashboard display, similar to the Mulliner special edition. The performance is still set to 635 PS and visually holds the edition back befitting. The biggest highlight is probably the paint job. Here you can choose from Viridian green or Beluga black and as an eye-catcher, the paint dress is also on the forged wheels in 21 inch format with ten-spoke design used. The look is rounded off with the Blackline exterior and a carbon fiber trim package. The interior features leather upholstery (in Beluga black or Cumbrian Green) with embossed "B" emblems in the headrests, door panels and panels in the style of the 1930 vehicles. In addition, the dashboard receives a British Jaeger watch, which also has 1930 charm.

Gold plated pull and push valves in the interior

In addition, 18-Karat-gold-plated pull and push valves for the air vents and a dashboard with a circular cut ("Engine Spin") are installed in the noble cabin. And of course, this design is not chosen freely but is to remember earlier automobiles and aircraft that put on these surfaces to prevent reflections in the windows. Other accents, such as the door sills with the "1 of 100" logo, impressively round off the cabin. If we receive information on further details of the limited edition in a timely manner, there is of course an update for this report. You will be informed if yours is just ours Feed subscribe to.
