With the Caddy Volkswagen has a particularly versatile vehicle in its range. The all-rounder is also in the fifth generation (SB) as a reliable transporter in car format and is not only very popular with families or tradespeople. With the BILSTEIN EVO S suspension, the current VW Caddy 5 SB is now significantly more attractive – and with regard to driving dynamics it benefits from the know-how from original equipment. The new BILSTEIN EVO S coilover kit for the current VW Caddy 5 (SB) enables a significant lowering of 30 to 50 mm. In addition to the sharpened look, the stepless and individual lowering ensures that the tires and wheel arch fit properly - without grinding, without problems. The modern design of the van looks even fresher and more dynamic.
BILSTEIN EVO S suspension
The driving characteristics are even more dynamic. The previous leaf spring suspension from previous generations has been replaced by a modern coil spring design. The result: more driving comfort and noticeably better driving dynamics. The robust rear axle was also tuned in such a way that it offers the well-known Caddy sense of security with the best possible driving comfort, even with increased agility in all load conditions.

However, the Caddy only taps its full potential with the BILSTEIN EVO S coilover out of. In addition to the visually appealing lowering, the VW Caddy with EVO S chassis with impressive cornering performance. Thanks to the lowering, the performance chassis not only reduces the weight transfer in corners, but also allows higher cornering speeds and reduces load change reactions. In addition, the sports suspension ensures direct steering behavior and the desired feedback from steering commands.
As always, the focus in the development of the BILSTEIN EVO S for the VW Caddy was on maximum comfort reserves. The coilover suspension not only works more powerfully, but also more harmoniously than the standard suspension. Because it was tested and tuned in the BILSTEIN road test on different road surface qualities and on the test bench, and the EVO S impresses with its high level of comfort, even on longer journeys.

The performance chassis also scores in terms of quality. After all, the development standards of the vehicle manufacturers are the benchmark at BILSTEIN and at the same time the minimum requirement.
