Orange racer! BMW 1er M Coupé (E82) with tuning modifications!

The BMW 1 Series M Coupé celebrated its world premiere back in 2011 at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit. It was already clear there that the vehicle was dearly loved by BMW fans, because thanks to its compact dimensions, rear-wheel drive and powerful in-line six-cylinder petrol engine, it had all the ingredients for a successful Bavarian-made sports car. And the strictly limited model, of which only 6.331 pc rolled off the assembly line, currently knows only one direction in terms of price on the used car market. Straight up! Today we would like to introduce you to a specimen that is making the rounds in China and is one of only 499 vehicles in the model series that were officially sold in the Middle Kingdom.

Constantly developed by the owner!

In the beginning there was an orange 1 Series M Coupé, which made an impressive appearance even without tuning. Gradually, however, the vehicle was still Tuning components installed. That includes that Carbon body kit with big Carbon fiber rear wing by APR, a new one front bumper with carbon splinters, which also comes from APR and BBS RS2 wheels in 19-inch format, which give the car even more sportiness. They are strange central locks of the rims with Pininfarina emblem, whose shade of blue matches the blue elements of the BBS rims.

For better handling and cornering behavior, the brisk Bavarian got another KW V3 coilover kit donated and also the Braking power of the car should not be neglected, which is why he was given a Endless braking system donated. One Scorpion sports exhaust system also found its way into the compact coupé and is intended to help further improve the already sonorous sound. Minor modifications affect the black ones kidneys, one that has wandered to the side under license plates on the front as well as various stickers with Latin letters and Chinese characters.

A lot has also been changed on the engine!

The three-liter in-line six-cylinder petrol engine with twin-turbo charging received a Stage 2 remapping, a new IntercoolerNew InjectorsNew spark and a new one ignition coil. Unfortunately, we do not know what performance values it now generates. The power is still transmitted via a manual Six-speed transmission on the rear wheels. Our conclusion: Can you tune such a collector's item? We think yes! This BMW embodies driving pleasure in its purest form, and the tuning consistently follows this philosophy.
